The Congress on Monday arranged a walkout in Lok Sabha on the issue of assaults on Dalits and hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for "not being not kidding" over the issue. 

Congress pioneer Mallikarjun Kharge raised the issue and looked for talk over the issue not long after Question Hour was over. 

Alluding to the Prime Minister's discourse in Telangana on Sunday, Mr. Kharge said, "Modiji is not sufficiently genuine in battling assaults on Dalits."

Mr. Kharge requested that Prime Minister ought to create an impression in Parliament on the issue.
