Elizabeth a.k.a. "Eli" is not your run of the mill unassuming champion, substance to be insignificant eye candy. Eli, the courageous woman of Anuraga Karikkin Vellam, attempted by debutant Rajisha Vijayan, has her very own psyche; is bossy, cheeky, and lively. She jabbers relentless on the telephone, she raves and tirades and cries and hollers herself rough. She is, to cite the saint, Abhi (Asif Ali), "an aggravation," a persistent issue for him that he can't shake off.

The group of onlookers, however, has been lapping up Eli's jokes, altogether appreciating this refreshingly genuine representation of a young lady used to getting her own particular manner. Rajisha, who has conveyed the motion picture on her young shoulders with élan, is happy to the point bursting as she relaxes in the praise that have come her path, as far back as the film, was discharged a week ago.

"I'm being overflowed with messages, particularly from youths, on how Eli enlivened them to drop a message to their individual sweethearts, letting them know the amount they intend to them. On the other hand, how they wished they had welcomed their lady friends more. I am passed up the reaction," says Rajisha. "I knew the film would do well right from when we were shooting it however I never thought Eli would run down so well with the group of onlookers. I cherished being Eli and I am glad to the point that the crowd did as well," includes the bubbly on-screen character.

Rajisha, a local of Kozhikode, who has a degree in reporting and mass correspondence from Amity University, Delhi, might be new on the wide screen yet she is as of now a natural face on TV on account of her stretches as a stay on Surya TV (Susie's Code) and later Mazhavil Manorama (Ugram Ujjwalam). "I didn't turn into a stay to get into movies; I was in TV for the love of it. I am focussed that way; I get a kick out of the chance to give whatever I am doing, my entire fixation," she says.

While in school she was extremely dynamic in theater and expressions of the human experience and says she knew from that point on that her future was in media. "In the same way as other Malayalis who experienced childhood with an eating regimen of brilliant movies, profound inside, I generally needed to be in the motion pictures. I have regularly play acted my Oscar discourse – with a cleanser bottle!"

She had been tying down for as long as one and a half years and at the same time was getting numerous offers for movies however says she was waiting for a "decent" part to make her introduction. "I need parts that permit me to leave an impact on somebody. I would prefer not to be the come-sing-move leave sort of courageous woman," clarifies the well-talked on-screen character, who is presently situated in Kochi.

Anuraga Karikkin Vellam's chief, newcomer Khalid Rahman and his sibling Jhimsi Khalid, the film's cinematographer, are her companions and that is the manner by which they knew of her theatrical aptitudes. "I thought Rahman was joking when he and scriptwriter Naveen Bhaskar drew closer me to do a screen test. I didn't know whether I could pull it off particularly in light of the fact that I am not at all like Eli, in actuality; for one, I'm not a telephone individual; I'm really one of those uncommon individuals who don't utilize Whatsapp! Be that as it may, they – and rest of the cast and team – gave me the certainty," says Rajisha. "For instance, I needed to learn driving for the film. Asif, who was in the traveler seat in the scenes, knew I was apprehensive and continued consoling me. What you don't see on camera was that he was holding tight to the hand break for dear life!" she chuckles. "Moreover, everybody paid special mind to me," she includes.

It was the "reasonable" story of contemporary life, affection and misfortune, recounted through the account of Abhi, a youthful engineer, and his dad, Raghu (Biju Menon), a policeman, that pulled in Rajisha to the film. "The story gave due significance to every character, the ladies, particularly. Additionally, my part itself was interesting in light of the fact that Eli had bounty to do and she's the character that draws an obvious conclusion in the motion picture," says Rajisha. What's more, that is the manner by which you strike gold.
