James Cameron did not like ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’. Here’s why!
Notwithstanding, the executive feels he has set the bar too high for any future Star Wars movies, as the first 1977 motion picture was what motivated him to play with embellishments.
Movie producer James Cameron dissed JJ Abrams' "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" saying it needed visual creative ability.
The Oscar-winning chief communicated his mistake in a video as of late presented on YouTube.
"Indeed, George Lucas is a companion of mine. I would prefer not to say a lot in regards to the film since I likewise have a considerable measure of appreciation for JJ Abrams and I need to see where they're taking it next. I need to say that George's gathering of six movies had more creative visual creative ability, and this film was to a greater extent a conservation to things you had seen before and characters you had seen some time recently, and it stepped forward with new characters. So for me, the jury's out. I need to see where they run with it," Cameron said.
Nonetheless, the executive feels he has set the bar too high for any future Star Wars movies, as the first 1977 motion picture was what motivated him to play with enhancements.
"Everything only sort of exploded by then in the visual impacts world. It was a major transformation, and I needed to be in on it. Star Wars was the film that made me need to go really do it," he said.
